DAY ONE 26/05

18:15 – 75 Minute Yin & Yang Yoga Class led by Doriane & Emilie
20:00– Plant based Dinner prepared with local and seasonal ingredients
DAY TWO 27/05
8:00– Morning Mindfulness to find grounding and set the tone for the day
9:00 – 60/75 Minute Energizing Yoga Class led by Doriane
11:00 – Scrumptious Plant Based Brunch prepared with local and seasonal ingredients
Free Time to relax, have a massage or explore the surroundings.
18:15– 60/75 Minute Yoga Class led by Emilie
20:00– Delicious vegetarian Dinner made with the freshest and finest ingredients
DAY THREE 28/05
8:00– Morning Mindfulness To ease the body into the day
9:00– 60 Minute Animal Flow Infused Yoga Class with Emilie
11:00– Brunch, just as delicious and just as fresh as always
Free Time to relax, have a massage or explore the surroundings.
17:45– 2 Hour “Fun Shapes” Workshop with Doriane filled with partner excercises and lots of opportunity to play
20:00– Dinner once again prepared by the local chef, using only the best ingredients
21:15– Melt into the mat and prepare your body for the best sleep of your life with a Sound Healing session
DAY FOUR 29/05
8:00– Morning Mindfulness
9:00– 60/75 Minute Yoga with Doriane to wake up the mind, body and soul
11:00– Brunch
Free Time to relax, have a massage or explore the surroundings.
18:15– 75/90 Minute Yin Class led by Emilie
20:00– Dinner
DAY FIVE 30/05
9:00– 2 Hour Handstand Workshop with Emilie for all levels of practice (even if you’ve never done a handstand before)
11:00 – Brunch to refuel and re-energize for the day
Free Time to relax, have a massage or explore the surroundings.
18:15– 60/75 Minute Yoga with Doriane to wind down for the evening
20:00– Dinner
DAY SIX 31/05
8:00– 60 Minute Yoga with Emilie & Doriane
9:00– Closing circle
9:15– Our last Brunch at the villa, enjoying every moment and every bite!
10:00– Check Out of Osa Major
